If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly provide a free replacement or refund.
To process your request, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• A clear photo of the issue

• A photo of the full item

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Preference changes
